by virtue of their constitutional power,
this fundamental law
of the SCIENCE WORLD ASSOCIATION,

in order to liberate the sciences
by the help of the harmony laws of nature
from their disharmony and
to guide them to integrate into a universal science
and in this way to fill life, human dignity
and peace in the world with natural vital energy.
